Kesennuma KUROMORI Opens
On September 22, 2025, the shark fin specialty restaurant Kesennuma – KUROMORI – opened its doors.
Reservations are accepted via the OMAKASE reservation website.
–KUROMORI– has relocated from Sendai to Kesennuma and, without being bound by the genre of Chinese cuisine, explores a wide range of techniques to express the differences in flavor and texture that arise from each shark species and fin cut.
In addition to focusing on local Miyagi ingredients, we also incorporate ingredients from Iwate Prefecture, reflecting Kesennuma’s location.
In Kesennuma, one of the world’s leading shark fin producing regions, we invite you to enjoy the finest shark fin cuisine.
