Allergy Policy

[Allergy Accommodations]
If you or any member of your party has allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please be sure to inform us in advance. We are unable to accommodate requests made after your arrival at the restaurant.
Please notify us at least three days prior to your visit by noting it in the special requests section, or by contacting the restaurant via email or phone.

[Important Notice]
As we are unable to avoid the use of the following ingredients, we are unable to accept reservations from guests who have allergies to any of the following ingredients:

Peanut oil, shrimp, chicken stock, pork stock, pork (all forms, including whole cuts and minced meat), dried scallops (including their stock), bamboo shoots, finely chopped mushrooms, and trace amounts of oyster sauce.

Children Policy

Children must be aged 9 or older and able to enjoy the same course as adults.

Reservation Policy

•Payment is accepted by credit card only. Cash payments are not available. Thank you for your understanding.
•Our restaurant features a table d’hôte–style communal table, where guests are seated around a large table and the chef prepares and presents the dishes in front of you. For reservations of three guests or fewer, seating will be shared with other parties.
•Any changes to your reservation must be made via the reservation website after reviewing our Cancellation Policy.
•The number of guests is confirmed at the time the reservation is completed. Changes to the number of guests after booking will incur the applicable cancellation fee. Please review the policy carefully before making your reservation. Please note that changes beyond the confirmed number of guests cannot be accepted once the reservation is finalized.

[Before Your Visit]
•Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the restaurant, including electronic cigarettes. Leaving your seat to smoke during the course is not permitted.
•We kindly ask guests to be considerate of others regarding attire and the use of strong perfumes or fragrances.

[Photography Policy]
•Please keep photography brief and be considerate of other guests. The use of flash is not permitted.
•Please avoid capturing other guests in your photos, and refrain from photographing anything other than the dishes and the chef.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, date changes, and changes in the number of guests will incur the following charges.
From 7 days prior: 50% of the reservation fee.
From 3 days prior: 100% of the reservation fee.
