98% Japanese Ingredients
At KUROMORI, 98% of our ingredients are sourced from Japan. Supporting this are the rich ingredients of Miyagi Prefecture and its neighboring regions—seafood, vegetables, chicken, pork, beef, and mushrooms.
In particular, the vegetables used in our blue shark dorsal fin salad are sourced 100% from Miyagi and Iwate Prefectures. Carefully chosen to pair with shark fin, these vegetables allow you to taste the seasons of Kesennuma in every bite.
Our meats are also sourced from Miyagi. Here, too, KUROMORI follows its own strict standard: the flavor we seek must align with the producer’s philosophy. A high level of commitment always reveals itself in the taste.
